My name is Jack Zastro, and I'm currently a double major in Business Administration and Marketing at the University of Kentucky, set to graduate in May 2026. As a person I'm highly motivated and adaptable, with a passion for learning new skills that help me grow both personally and professionally. This summer, I worked as an intern with State Farm agents Erik Nelson and Chad Alfano after obtaining my Property & Casualty license in Illinois. In this role, I gained firsthand experience in both the insurance review process and the day-to-day operations of running an efficient agency. I learned how to build a relationship with customers, match their needs with the correct insurance policy, and developed a deeper appreciation for what it takes to run a business exceptionally well. Overall, my time at State Farm has significantly strengthened my communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills. I'm grateful for the opportunity both these agents gave me, and for showing me what it takes in order to excel in this field.
